Advisors have a multitude of different clients, and there is not one size fits all method to estate planning for them. This program will detail how advisors can spot issues and concerns for their clients’ estate planning needs, and how to properly advise them and guide them towards the correct type of planning, while working collaboratively with estate planning attorneys.
This program will use a mixture of education on different types of planning, and what the documents really do (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care documents), as well as how to spot the need for more advanced planning techniques for clients. It will also use case studies to draw upon so that advisors have real world examples that they can use to effectively spot issues for clients and guide them.
2 hours CFP credit and light food included.
