I’m Danny Carbaugh, I joined Polaris in November 2025 as a Client Solutions and Business Development Specialist.

I have a strong background in account management, sales strategy, and building long-term client partnerships across multiple industries. Over the years, I’ve supported organizations through everything from day-to-day relationship management to big-picture growth planning—helping clients navigate challenges, streamline processes, and find opportunities they didn’t know were there.

I take a straightforward, people-first approach: listen well, communicate clearly, follow through, and make it easy for clients to trust that I have their best interests in mind.

I’m originally from Fairmont City, IL and currently reside in Chesterfield. I’m a husband, dad of two teens, and someone who’s always trying to show up better than yesterday.

I love connecting with people, building real relationships, and finding ways to bring a little clarity or momentum to whatever’s in front of me.

Outside of work, you’ll catch me enjoying bourbon, music, and good conversations. I’m a creator at heart who is always looking to learn something new or just laugh with the people I care about.

At the end of the day, I’m focused on growing and building a life my family can be proud of.
