My name is Tania, and I am the Executive Assistant. While I don’t hold a college degree, the most valuable education I’ve gained comes from life itself. With over 20 years of experience as an Office and Operations Manager, I’ve done a little bit of everything—solving IT issues, managing day-to-day operations, organizing systems, supporting marketing efforts, and helping firms grow, sometimes even doubling in size.

Working in Elder Law has become more than a job to me—it’s a true passion. I’m committed to ensuring families are informed, supported, and able to have their wishes honored. Some even say I’m a walking billboard for the field, and I wear that proudly.
